Subscribers to the newsletter list are notified by electronic newsletter, via e-mail, about our offers, new products, promotions, and news. For this purpose, we store their name and e-mail address.

Rights of access, rectification, and erasure

The User may request information about the processing of their personal data at any time. At the User’s request, the Data Controller shall provide information on the processed data, the purpose, legal basis, and duration of data processing, the name and address, registered office, of the Data Processor and its activities related to data processing, as well as on who has received or receives the data and for what purpose. The information shall be provided in writing as soon as possible after the request is submitted, but no later than within 30 days. The request must be sent to the Data Controller’s customer service e-mail address.
The User may initiate the erasure or rectification of their data at any time by using the relevant functions, such as deleting their registration, unsubscribing from the newsletter, or modifying their data, or by sending such a request to our customer service e-mail address.
In the case of the newsletter service, if e-mails sent to your e-mail address bounce back, we will delete your data. We will also delete the data of registered users who have not logged in to our website, and have not used the website’s services, for more than three years. Your data will also be deleted if you have not activated your registration within one year or if your registration is invalid.
Stored data not used by the customer, such as login details, that is not required for customer contact or for possible warranty or guarantee administration, will be deleted after a maximum of 3 years.

Pursuant to Section 27 of the Avtv., anyone may contact the Data Protection Commissioner if they believe that a violation of rights has occurred in relation to the processing of their personal data, or that there is an imminent risk of such violation, except where court proceedings are already pending in the given case.

No one may suffer any disadvantage as a result of submitting a report to the Data Protection Commissioner. The person submitting the report is entitled to the same protection as a public interest whistleblower.
